Turn on daily reminders to improve your mindfulness. You can set up three independent timers (day, night, interval). Each timer has individual settings: Start time, End time, Reminder interval, and Notification sound.

Simple and intuitive interface, one-touch to enable or disable reminders. Once turned on, the app will always remind you of important things.

You can use interval reminders for any purpose: improving mindfulness, practicing lucid dreaming, returning to reality, meditation, being in the "Now" moment, taking a break from work, and other self-development practices.

All described functions are provided free of charge. Additionally, for a small fee, you can activate the option to customize the notification text.
